Growing red sanders where it belongs
Red Sandal Farm Land Projects AP develops managed red sandalwood plantation projects across the Nellore, Prakasam and Palnadu districts of Andhra Pradesh. Since our first project, we have developed 17 farmland projects covering more than 1,300 acres, with our 18th project now underway.
Our model is simple: you buy and register a farmland plot in your own name, and our in house agriculture team plants and maintains red sanders (Pterocarpus santalinus) on it for a 12 year term under a maintenance agreement. We handle irrigation, feeding, security and documentation. you own the land and the trees growing on it.
We work only in the red soil belts where the species is native, use nursery raised saplings, drip irrigation and organic inputs, and register every maintenance agreement at the sub registrar office so plot owners have their commitments in writing.
What makes our projects different
Direct ownership, no pooling
You are not buying units in a fund. You buy a specific, surveyed plot of farmland registered to you, with your plants geo tagged on it.
Registered maintenance agreement
The 12 year maintenance commitment is registered at the sub registrar office, not a handshake promise.
Full value chain capability
Beyond cultivation, we manufacture red sandal based products such as soaps and powders, giving us working knowledge of the timber's end markets.
Complete documentation
Every plot comes with link documents, pattadar passbook, 1B adangal and encumbrance certificate. Owners are eligible to enrol under state farmer support schemes where applicable.
Transparent farm access
Guest house on site, scheduled visit days every week, CCTV footage and monthly progress reports. Nothing is hidden from plot owners.
Straight talk on returns
We publish projections, and we label them as projections. Timber outcomes depend on growth, markets and government permissions, we will always tell you that plainly.

Our own in house agriculture and security teams, not contractors. We have developed 17 projects across 1,300 plus acres in the native AP belt, and every maintenance obligation is registered at the sub registrar office.
