Under a maintenance agreement, our team cultivates and protects the red sanders on your plot for 12 years, with progress reports along the way.
3. Harvest needs permissions
Felling, transporting and selling red sanders timber is regulated. At maturity, harvest and sale happen through the government prescribed process, which we help plot owners navigate. Timber income is therefore market and approval dependent, not fixed.
